MidineroYA
O&M Cloud 24×7 for a fintech platform for digital payments
Nublit operates 24x7x365 on MidineroYA!’s AWS platform, with proactive monitoring that detects and resolves anomalies before they impact active transactions. From the first month, a Well-Architected Assessment optimized the architecture and freed up internal team to focus on the product.
About the Client
MidineroYA! is a digital financial services platform that operates on AWS, focusing on payments and solutions for end users. Due to the nature of its business, the platform's availability is a non-negotiable requirement: any disruption directly impacts active transactions and the experience of its users.

Needs
Guarantee 24x7x365 availability without in-house night staff MidineroYA! required continuous coverage of its AWS platform, including weekends and holidays, without having to scale up an in-house team to be on-call 24/7.
Proactive monitoring to anticipate incidents The traditional reactive model was not enough. It was necessary to detect anomalies — CPU consumption, service outages, certificate expiration, backup failures— before they impacted users.
Optimizing the existing architecture under good AWS practices The platform had grown organically and needed a formal review under the AWS Well-Architected Framework to identify risks, savings opportunities, and improvements in security and performance.
Having the evolutionary capacity to grow on the platform Beyond operational support, MidineroYA! needed available hours to execute continuous improvement projects, new integrations, and architecture evolution without hiring additional projects.
What was done?
Well-Architected Initial Assessment
Upon launching the service, a comprehensive analysis of the AWS infrastructure was performed under the AWS best practices framework, with gap analysis cataloged by risk and impact, the definition of recommended architectures, and a prioritized remediation plan. The findings were remediated within the service itself, at no additional cost.
Proactive operation with active monitoring 24x7
Continuous monitoring was implemented with health dashboards and push alerts to the technical team, covering CPU, storage, availability of URLs and services, expiration of digital certificates, and backup execution. The night shift covers from 18 to 9 am on weekdays, plus weekends and full holidays.
Incident management with defined SLAs and full traceability
All incidents, inquiries or requests are managed through a ticket system with customer access. P1 guaranteed within ≤ 1 hour during business hours and ≤ 2 hours outside of business hours. Each action is recorded with evidence, accountability, and resolution time.
Continued security administration, backups, and costs
The team took over the management of IAM, access policies and hardening, plus the execution, verification and rehearsal of backup restoration. FinOps was also added, with periodic analysis of AWS consumption and identification of savings opportunities.
