As the Intramed platform grew, so did the complexity of its cloud environment. The organization needed to strengthen the governance of its multiple AWS accounts.

Additionally, it was necessary to incorporate standardized security controls, improve visibility over operations, and establish more consistent processes for infrastructure management.

What was done?
Model
Nublit implemented a comprehensive cloud operation modernization model based on three pillars: governance, automation, and observability.
Architecture
A centralized governance architecture was deployed using AWS Control Tower and organizational policies, strengthening the control and administration of the environment.
Infrastructure
The entire infrastructure was managed as code using OpenTofu and Terragrunt, while end-to-end monitoring was incorporated for applications and infrastructure.
FinOps
Additionally, FinOps practices were implemented to optimize cloud consumption and improve control over operational costs, without disrupting the platform's operation.
